Due to the customized and large-scale nature of our animatronic products, we do not offer traditional product samples. However, we provide comprehensive design previews, material options, and technical documentation during the development process to ensure alignment with your vision.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our animatronic models worldwide. Our logistics team ensures each creation is securely packed and transported with care, and we offer full support to help you set up and maintain the models at your destination.
